Pictures from Buram gate and night ASO:

Boot hill- just outside the gate.  Yes, it's a cemetary.  The locals use the 
scrap metal as markers.

Bucca- a night shot from out on ASO.  The white lights are the IF, and the 
yellow ones are our area.

Norwegians- They've got funky armored cars.  They look like boats driving down the 
road, with their wire cutting poles in front and flags hanging over the back.

Fox- another fox at the gate.

Hazen ASO- You can't really use a flash outside at night, and even though we can 
see just fine, it's almost impossible to get a picture that you can tell 
afterwards what it was supposed to be.

IP- One of their pickups driving by.

LP-OP- Headlights at night are stupid, and there're too many lights around (see 
Bucca) to use night vision all the time.  Night patrolling is mainly being a 
portable OP.

One tree- the same one tree, this time from Burma gate.  In the background is a 
Kuwaiti border patrol station.  

Safwan- From our area.  The lights on the left are Navistar.

Trucks- 2 and 6 are the standard ones, or 2 without the trailer.  They're not 
big on dual axles over here.
